Dead Island's many missions can also be tackled with up to three others, with players retaining their accumulated stats from their own playthroughs, and are free to drop in and out at any time. While describing Dead Island as Dead Rising meets Left 4 Dead is perhaps a lazy comparison, its combined feature set makes it an appropriate and certainly tantalising one, and is a game we're itching to play more of come next month.
